Structured Products

To help clients meet their capital objectives, gkb.capital's Structured Products team structures and places credit-linked notes and asset-backed bonds across a diverse, international investor base. Distribution is supported by direct institutional relationships built over time, not a mass distribution list.

Alongside instrument structuring, the team provides financing advisory to clients — including first-time issuers — across the full product suite. Regardless of the instrument, the objective is the same: a structure that meets the sponsor's financing need and the investor's mandate at the same time.
